Chamber Member Pro CRM
The Elkford Chamber of Commerce uses Chamber Member Pro as its membership management system. Beginning September 8, 2026, information submitted through certain forms on our website may be collected and managed through Chamber Member Pro.
Depending on how you interact with the Chamber, this may include information provided when applying for or renewing a membership, registering for Chamber programs or events, updating business information, or submitting other forms connected to our membership management system.
We use this information to administer memberships, maintain member records, communicate with members, manage programs and services, and support the day-to-day operations of the Chamber.
Chamber Member Pro acts as a service provider supporting our operations. Personal information provided through these systems remains subject to the Chamber’s privacy obligations and is handled in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.
Email Communications
We may use your contact information to communicate with you about Chamber membership, programs, events, business resources, advocacy, opportunities, and other Chamber activities.
Where required by applicable law, we will obtain appropriate consent before sending commercial electronic communications.
You may unsubscribe from promotional electronic communications at any time using the unsubscribe option provided in the communication or by contacting the Chamber.
Certain administrative or transactional communications related to an active membership, event registration, transaction, inquiry, or service request may still be necessary.
Member & Business Directory
As part of Chamber membership, certain business information may be published through the Elkford Chamber’s online or printed member directories, publications, promotional materials, or other Chamber platforms.
This information may include business names, business contact information, websites, social media accounts, logos, business descriptions, and other information intended to promote Chamber members and help the public connect with local businesses and organizations.
We will not intentionally publish personal information that is not intended for public business use without appropriate authorization.
Sharing Your Information
The Elkford Chamber of Commerce does not sell or rent personal information.
We may provide personal information to third-party service providers where reasonably necessary to operate the Chamber and deliver our programs and services. This includes Chamber Member Pro, which provides our membership management system and supports forms and functions integrated into our website.

We limit the information shared with service providers to what is reasonably necessary for the services they provide and take reasonable steps to ensure personal information under our control is appropriately protected.

The Elkford Chamber of Commerce does not intentionally collect or store complete credit card information through its website unless specifically required to process a transaction. Payment providers may collect and process payment information in accordance with their own privacy and security practices.
Website Technology
Our website does not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar advertising or behavioural tracking technologies.
Basic technical information may still be processed automatically by our website hosting provider, Chamber Member Pro, or other technology providers where necessary for the operation, functionality, and security of the website.
Third-Party Services & External Websites
Our website may contain links to websites, programs, tools, forms, or services operated by third parties, including government agencies, Chamber partners, member businesses, and other organizations.
These third parties have their own privacy policies and practices. The Elkford Chamber of Commerce does not control and is not responsible for how external organizations collect, use, store, or disclose personal information.
We encourage users to review the privacy policies of external websites and services before providing personal information.
Business Support & Advocacy
Businesses and individuals may voluntarily provide information to the Chamber when seeking business support or requesting assistance with an advocacy matter.
Depending on the nature of the request, the Chamber may need permission to share relevant information with a government representative, agency, organization, or other party in order to assist with the matter.
We will not intentionally disclose confidential or personally identifying information related to an individual business advocacy matter to an external party without appropriate authorization, except where permitted or required by law.
Where possible, broader business issues may be discussed or advocated for using aggregated or anonymized information.
